Bruce has been selling Dodge Chrysler Jeep vehicles for almost 35 years. His automotive career began in Victoria BC in 1977 under the guidance of Frank Wille, and after purchasing Parksville Chrysler from the Phillippe family on January 1, 1994 he is proud to call Parksville home. After establishing Parksville as one of the top Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealerships on Vancouver Island, Bruce and his team did a major facility expansion in 2003. Bruce is passionate about the automotive industry and continues to work a 6 days per week schedule. He is an avid supporter of the community, and enjoys the thousands of customers and friendships he has established.

I love selling cars and have been enjoying doing so for 32 years, all
with Parksville Chrysler! In addition to living in and loving our
community since 1971, I have been a proud Rotary Club member for 18
years and served twice as president, as well as an active member and
past president, of our Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce since
1994.
We have been involved in numerous fund raising activities
including our Annual Friends of Parksville Chrysler Charity golf
tournament which has raised over $150,000 for youth in our district. My
outside hobbies include hockey, fastball, and of course spending quality
time with my family. Did I say "I love selling cars!"
Bob Bourgealt, Sales Manager
Bert started with Philips Electronics in 1963, and then transferred to Halifax from Toronto in 1967. He spent years as their Branch Manager, also managed a branch in Halifax and one in St. Johns, Newfoundland. Bert also spent two years in the video wholesale business. Bert started working at Dartmouth Dodge in 1987 where he stayed for five years, then moved to Victoria in 1993 where he worked for Wille Dodge for six years. Bert moved to Parksville in 1999 and started working for Parksville Chrysler. He has been in the Chrysler Sales Guild since 2001, with over twenty five years with Chrysler.
Bert Frost, Sales
Born in beautiful Banff, Alberta, I relocated to Vancouver Island in 1980. After completing high school at Oak Bay High and Brentwood College, I attended the University of Victoria where I majored in Psychology. From there I moved to Vancouver and was a Product Specialist at Bowne and Co., the world's largest financial printer. In 1995, I co-founded Intense Software and rapidly grew the company to 45 employees and multiple millions in revenue. Creo Products Inc. bought the company in 2000 in what "Business in Vancouver" magazine called one of the top 20 acquisitions of that year in BC. I have been back on the Island for two years and recently joined the fantastic team here at Parksville Chrysler.
Vince Lebow, Sales
I started in the automotive industry for Chrysler in 1982, working all facets of a dealership from the ground up.
Parksville Chrysler has been my home for the past seven years, netting me top salesman for 2010 and 2011. My specialty is light and heavy duty Ram trucks for pleasure or work, with a varied knowledge of domestic and high performance vehicles.

I grew up in Nanaimo and have worked up and down the Island. After attending North Island College, my wife and I moved to Edmonton for 12 years, where I was sales manager in a large Chrysler dealership.
We are extremely excited to be back on the Island where I enjoy fly fishing with my grandsons.
Neil Compton, Sales
I began my auto sales career in Edmonton, Alberta and successfully sold vehicles for 20 years. Relocated to Seattle Washington with my family, and continued my sales career in both automotive and real estate. It was time to come home, and now I am back on beautiful Vancouver Island.
I have found a wonderful group of friends and customers here at Parksville Chrysler, and continue to practice my philosophy of ensuring each and every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, myself, and the dealership.
Larry Prokop, Sales
Rick was born and raised in beautiful Victoria BC. He moved to Parksville with his wife and children and has called this area home since 1990. He has worked for Canada Post for the last 30 years and took up selling vehicles part time in 2006.
Rick enjoys the auto industry and his many friends and customers he continues to meet. Rick's outside interests include hockey and golf.

I am a father of four, and have lived all over our beautiful province, with a short time in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I've been a theater usher, construction labourer, house-mover, chef, painter, and even a log peeler; but nothing has satisfied me more than coming here and spending time with all the wonderful Parksville Chrysler clientele and staff.
I came here in 1999 as a detailer and parts delivery person and have now been in sales for the last 12 years. I look forward to many more years of service to the many people who walk through our doors.

Kevin has worked in the finance office at Parksville Chrysler for over 7 years. Prior to becoming a part of the Chrysler family, Kevin worked as a loans officer in the banking industry for 3 years.
Having moved to Vancouver Island form Ontario in the mid 90's, Kevin loves everything the west coast lifestyle has to offer.
